OVERVIEW: This full-time role works closely with the sales administration function of International Cosmetics and Perfumes – currently The House of Creed. This role requires strategic thinking, accurate forecasting and the ability to maintain a strong balance between the art and science of planning. It involves analyzing key business metrics while also applying sound judgment to account for unforeseen events, changing business conditions, and evolving market needs.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 

Collateral Forecasting

  • Develop, execute, and maintain collateral (including no-cost/POSM/PLV) strategies across all styles and sales channels.
  • Manage collateral categories including testers, samples, gift boxes, ribbons, tissue paper, and other point-of-sale materials.
  • Own the collateral budget and monitor spend across all distribution channels for Creed, Balenciaga, and Bottega Veneta.
  • Analyze sales trends, historical usage, inventory levels, and business priorities to develop data-driven collateral forecasts while incorporating qualitative insights and unforeseen business needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Demand Planning, and Field teams to ensure timely execution of business priorities.
Collateral Execution
  • Actualize collateral forecasts to maintain the budget and strategically react throughout the year
  • Maintain store matrix and ensure inventory and collateral requirements support marketing initiatives, promotional calendars, product launches, and new store openings.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date collateral SKU list and proactively monitor inventory availability to prevent shortages.
  • Partner closely with Demand Planning to ensure adequate collateral inventory is available to support ongoing and upcoming business needs.
  • Utilize the collateral macro file to efficiently manage orders across retailers and omni channels, considering inventory availability, sales volume, and account requirements.
  • Communicate collateral orders for upcoming and ongoing initiatives to Field teams and General Managers.
  • Coordinate with Operations and relevant cross-functional teams to ensure POs are processed and shipped within the required timelines.
  • Manage the monthly damages process with select accounts.

CORE REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • 2-3 years related work experience, preferably working in the beauty or fashion industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced Excel skills required, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Analytical ability and understanding of how data impacts planning
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to convey complex information to a broad audience in a simple manner
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment while being adaptable to change
