POSITION: Temporary Customer Service Specialist
REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager, Distribution Operations
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

Job Overview: KBA Operations needs a resource to support its Customer Service / Operations team
Primary responsibility will be merging of ASNs (EDI 856) in the SPS Fulfillment Portal.

Experience Needed:
  • Knowledge of SAP order management module.
  • 3-5 years of experience with EDI; strong familiarity with EDI transactions (EDI 850, 855, 856, 810).
  • EDI experience with SPS Commerce is preferred.
  • Knowledge of retail supply chain (vendor / distributor to retailer DC or store) is required.
Expected Duration: This is a temporary assignment.
  • 4-6 weeks
  • Start as soon as February 2, 2026.
  • Hourly rate $50.00 - $60.00 per hour.
