OVERVIEW: The Manager, Sales Administration will provide high-level administrative and analytical support to the Sales department across Kering Beauté and its portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about using data to drive business decisions. The successful candidate will be expected to proactively problem-solve, deliver insights through data analysis and financial modeling, and communicate key findings clearly across cross-functional teams. In this role, the individual will also serve as a cultural ambassador for Kering Beauté, exemplifying our core values of Transparency, Recognition, Accountability, and Communication.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver data-driven insights, recommendations, and observations to optimize business processes and enhance sales performance.
Manage the staffing budget for the Sales team, including reconciliation and ongoing partnership with retail counterparts to maintain and update staffing models.
Lead contest management processes, including communication with retail partners, tracking reward incentives, managing payouts, and conducting audits.
Conduct audits of the BI tool to ensure accurate reporting of store performance, including both co-ops and full-time Kering Beauty Advisors (KBAs).
Prepare analytical reports to support senior leadership in strategic decision-making.
Merge and analyze large datasets (e.g., CSV files) using the BI tool to uncover business trends and performance insights.
Conduct ad hoc analyses as requested by Sales and executive leadership; lead project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Design and manage tools, trackers, and dashboards to streamline data visualization and reporting.
Collaborate with Finance on reconciliation processes including contests, chargebacks, and vacancy dashboards.
Oversee and manage the Sales department’s budget, ensuring alignment with fiscal targets; own end-to-end invoice processing.
Update monthly staffing analysis reports leveraging advanced Excel functionalities.
Partner with retailer counterparts to maintain and update staffing models.
Translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.
Serve as administrator and content gatekeeper for the Sales community on SharePoint/Drive.
Plan and coordinate corporate events, including regional meetings and General Manager conferences.
Champion the company’s mission to inspire through beauty innovation and luxury storytelling while modeling organizational values and culture.
Represent Kering Beauté externally with professionalism, actively contributing to brand recognition and strategic partner engagement.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business analytics, or financial support roles.
Strong analytical acumen with experience in financial modeling and working with complex datasets.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup, data modeling), PowerPoint, and Word; ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and digital tools.
Proven ability to deliver excellent service with a friendly, solution-oriented mindset.
Impeccable attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills; demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting business correspondence and presenting insights.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
