INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW: CREED Fragrance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM & Clienteling Intern to join our team. This role will provide critical support to the Junior CRM & Clienteling Manager, assisting in the execution of CRM strategies, e-mail marketing campaigns, and data reporting. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury marketing with a focus on consumer insights and omnichannel engagement.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES – PROJECT SCOPE
- CRM & Data Insights
- Assist in compiling, analyzing, and interpreting CRM data to support business and marketing decisions.
- Monitor customer engagement trends and help identify clienteling opportunities across channels.
- Support segmentation and targeting efforts to ensure personalized customer communication.
- E-mail Campaign Support
- Aid in the planning, creation, and QA of e-mail marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
- Track campaign performance metrics and contribute to post-campaign analysis and reporting.
- Maintain and update e-mail marketing calendars and documentation.
- Omnichannel Reporting
- Help build and maintain a comprehensive omnichannel performance report (digital, in-store, e-mail, e-commerce, etc.).
- Consolidate insights from various platforms to deliver actionable recommendations to improve customer experience and business KPIs.
- Work cross-functionally with retail, e-commerce, and digital teams to ensure data alignment.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Klaviyo, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic HTML knowledge is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for luxury retail, customer engagement, and data-driven marketing.
