OVERVIEW: This individual will be responsible for supporting the design team on 360 creative needs for all brands in the Kering Beauté portfolio. A focus on owning digital asset deliverables, image and video, for omnichannel and retailer websites, paid media promotions, and email/mms marketing. Additionally, designer will support evergreen print design such as boutique stationery, and visual merchandising design by creating lightbox files, renderings for visual week activations, and additional seasonal display renderings.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist creative team in developing all evergreen, seasonal, and launch materials as needed.
  • Honor brand guidelines and maintain a voice of luxury while bringing fresh ideas and perspective to the work.
  • Digital asset creation for PDP pages, web banners, and retailer websites.
  • Print design for events collateral, signage, packaging labels, and stationery.
  • Visual merchandising & event renderings (done in photoshop or 3D program).
  • Image retouching and expansion, for digital and print/lightbox use.
  • Lightbox file creation and delivery to vendor FTP
  • Conduct competitive trend market research focusing on luxury-brands, innovative product displays and brand activations in retail, and product photography trends.
  • Maintain organization of the design server for all projects.
CORE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud: Primarily Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier and/or AfterEffects.
  • Bachelor's degree in art or design
  • Previous graphic design/creative team experience, internships included.
  • Previous experience in the fragrance or beauty industry is a bonus.
