JOB OVERVIEW: The Senior Manager, Retail Operations & Facilities, is responsible for supporting and optimizing operations across all retail boutiques and shop-in-shop locations. This role ensures that store environments are well-maintained, operationally efficient, and aligned with brand standards to deliver exceptional customer experience. The position oversees repairs and maintenance, new store openings, logistics coordination, staff training, and non-merchandise warehouse management, while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines.
CORE RESPONSIBILTIES
Store Operations Support (Boutiques & Shop-in-Shop)
Act as the central point of contact for operational support across all retail locations
Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and operational consistency
Support store teams in resolving day-to-day operational challenges

CORE RESPONSIBILTIES
Store Operations Support (Boutiques & Shop-in-Shop)
Act as the central point of contact for operational support across all retail locations
Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and operational consistency
Support store teams in resolving day-to-day operational challenges
Repairs & Maintenance (R&M)
- Oversee maintenance of all retail outlets, including boutiques and SIS locations
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, upkeep, and preventive maintenance
- Track and manage R&M budgets, ensuring timely resolution of issues
New Store Openings
- Support end-to-end execution of new store launches (boutiques & SIS)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure store readiness in terms of fixtures, utilities, systems, and compliance
- Manage store opening timelines, checklists, and execution
Loss Prevention/Security Systems
- Oversee LP, camera, and security systems across all boutique locations
- Coordinate and manage guard needs as required
Training & SOP Implementation
- Conduct training sessions for store staff on operational processes and systems
- Develop, standardize, and update SOPs for store operations
- Ensure consistent implementation of policies across all locations
Non-Merchandise Warehouse Management
- Oversee operations of the non-merchandise warehouse (fixtures, VM props)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimal stock levels of non-sale items
- Ensure proper storage, tracking, and distribution to stores
- Manage and coordinate all movement for F&F stock
Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with maintenance vendors, logistics partners, and contractors
- Negotiate service agreements and monitor vendor performance
Reporting & Compliance
- Track operational and store planning KPIs and prepare regular reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and brand standards
- Monitor and control costs related to maintenance, logistics, and store setup
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, including exposure to R&M, logistics, and store setup
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in corporate retail or boutique environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Project management softwares, retail systems, and Service Channel
- Experience in vendor and stakeholder management
- Strong project management, organizational skills and coordination capabilities
- Solid understanding of retail operations and store lifecycle
- Strong leader with great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and execution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with short turnaround or timelines
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required, travel up to 25%
