OVERVIEW: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for executing the Sales Strategy on behalf of Kering Beauté – specifically The House of Creed. This person will serve as an ambassador for their assigned region and plays a key role in coaching and developing the in-store sales team in the “Customer Experience” while championing sales goals and effectively representing Kering Beauté.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Works with Regional Management Team to execute sales strategy of the company and brands, including but not limited to:
Champion and drive The Customer Experience by being an example to the Coop and Kering Beauté Product Specialists.
Develop Product Specialists to achieve personal sales goals by maximizing productivity via our selling ceremony and developing partnerships throughout the store to promote Creed via intersell.
Establish seasonal strategy and drives execution across territory.
Manages team of Market Specialist/FT/PT and temporary staff.
Establish partnerships with store management and elevated services, (personal shoppers, store stylists, digital stylists, Bridal registry)
Prepare and carry out seasonal retailer presentations.
Plans and negotiates product launches with store manager, department manager and store team.
Identify opportunities for innovations within the local market, including identification of growth to drive volume and brand awareness.
Responsible for managing T & E budget, as per guidelines from supervisor and submitting expenses in a timely manner.
Accountable for event preselling and set up in partnership with store teams.
Recruit, hire, onboard and train new hires.
Ensure that market share objectives are being met
Report on weekly, monthly and yearly total retail performance per region and brand.
Monitor competitive activity and competitive retail performance within fragrance/beauty department.
Work with Planning team to identify opportunities with stock levels.
Responsible for ensuring all Fragrance merchandising guidelines are properly executed.
Act as Brand Ambassador on behalf of Creed by part taking in monthly morning meetings; Department Wide Meetings, Store Wide Meetings, and Out of Home-base Meetings in conjunction with the Kering Beauté Management Team and store PS.
Weekly communication with Regional Sales Director regarding business performance & stock conditions.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7 years of relevant sales experience within the beauty or fragrance; luxury goods industry preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in delivering excellent customer service
Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to manage, motivate, and coach a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills
Innovative thinker with a best practices approach to understanding business, including the ability to analyze the business and identify new functional growth opportunities
Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and is technically savvy
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability and willingness to multi-task
Strong Partnership building / interpersonal skills and skilled in negotiations
Initiative taker who excels in collaborative work and thinking and holds themselves accountable for meeting deadlines
Comfortable traveling, including airplane travel, driving, and other modes of transport as necessary and fiscally responsible
Physical ability to move about in store, kneeling, stooping, using stairs, carrying, bending, stretching, twisting and lifting up to 40 lbs.
