Welcome to Kering Beauté – Established in 2023, Kering Beauté aims to create value for the Group and its Houses. In June 2023, Kering Beauté announced that it had signed an agreement to acquire historic high-end fragrance house Creed; founded in 1760 it is known for its distinctive collections of timeless and sophisticated perfumes, including the iconic Aventus. This acquisition represents a major step for Kering Beauté. It perfectly complements Kering's existing portfolio, and immediately gives Kering Beauté a significant presence.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW: Our Internship Program offers an immersive introduction to the world of luxury fragrance and beauty. Designed for passionate, curious, and driven individuals, the program provides hands‑on experience within a dynamic, brand‑led organization that values creativity, excellence, and thoughtful collaboration.
Interns will contribute to meaningful projects that support our maisons, brands, and commercial partners, while gaining exposure to the strategic, creative, and analytical aspects of the luxury beauty business. Placements are aligned with individual interests, academic backgrounds, and business priorities, with opportunities for cross‑functional learning throughout the program.

Responsibilities may vary by department but generally include:
- Support day-to-day projects and initiatives within the assigned department
- Assist with research, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing initiatives
- Participate in planning, execution, and post‑activity reviews of projects or campaigns
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and documentation as needed
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and intern development activities
- Take on ad‑hoc tasks that contribute to overall department goals
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university
- Interest in luxury goods and beauty industry while pursuing an interest in marketing, communications, sales, analytics, training, digital, or related business disciplines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with analytics or digital tools is a plus
- A polished, professional presence with a proactive and curious mindset
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a professional environment
