Established in 2023, Kering Beauté aims to create value for the Group and its Houses. In June 2023, Kering Beauté announced that it had signed an agreement to acquire historic high-end fragrance house Creed; founded in 1760 it is known for its distinctive collections of timeless and sophisticated perfumes, including the iconic Aventus. This acquisition represents a major step for Kering Beauté. It perfectly complements Kering's existing portfolio, and immediately gives Kering Beauté a significant presence.
